Psychosocial Counselling
The Psychosocial Counselling Service supports and guides students with personal problems that affect their studies. Alanus University has concluded a cooperation agreement with the Psychological Counselling Centre of the Association for Student Affairs Bonn (PBS).
Students at Alanus University can benefit from this service free of charge without Alanus University being informed. Registration for an interview can be made via telephone on +49 228 737106 or via e-mail to pbs@studierendenwerk-bonn.de. It is absolutely necessary to make an appointment in advance, regardless of the location of the counselling.
Appointments by telephone:
Monday and Wednesday 1am - 3am as well as Thursday 10am - 12 noon
It is possible to have more than one counselling session. However, longer-term therapies are not offered within the counselling centre.
Students can also seek advice on site at Alanus University from the psychologists at the Association for Student Affairs here, Mrs. Görtz (Dipl.-Psychologist) or Mrs. Matthes (Psychologist M.Sc.). Counselling takes place once a month.
The next dates for the Psychosocial Counselling Service are:
