Psychosocial Counselling

The psychosocial counselling service supports and assists students with problems in all areas of life. Alanus University has concluded a cooperation agreement with the psychological counselling centre of the Studierendenwerk Bonn (PBS).

Students at Alanus University can use this service free of charge without Alanus University being informed. You can register for a counselling session by calling +49 228 737106 or by sending an e-mail to pbs(at)studierendenwerk-bonn(dot)de. It is essential to make an appointment in advance, regardless of the location of the counselling session.

Appointments can be made by telephone:
Monday and Wednesday 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

It is possible to make use of several appointments; however, longer-term therapies are not offered within the counselling centre. 

We are pleased to be able to offer you on-site appointments at Alanus University again. The following PBS appointments are offered here on site, always on Thursdays at 9:00 am or at 10:00 am on Campus II in the meeting room 2 on the upper floor in the green stairwell:

Irrespective of this, you can still receive counselling at the PBS office at Adenauerallee 63 by appointment. There is an open consultation hour on Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Please arrive punctually at 10:00 am, so that you can discuss your concerns without an appointment.
