Pedagogy / Waldorf Pedagogy

International Master's Program

The 3-year part-time international master’s program "Waldorf Pedagogy" with a focus on "Teaching and Research" prepares students for careers in Waldorf schools as professional teachers and researchers. The focus of the course is an in-depth theoretical and scientific examination of alternative and Waldorf education in today's world.

Special emphasis is placed on the acquisition of Waldorf pedagogy, didactic competence in specialty subjects, as well as scientific research skills based on pedagogical practice, and the step-by-step development and implementation of research projects.

A further aim is assisting (future/present) Waldorf teachers in developing their authentic potentiality and personality through artistic transformation. Students develop a range of observational and judgmental skills and train their creativity, flexibility in thinking, and personal responsibility.
